Announcement

This is an announcement for those of you who are my clients. As some know, I was a professional baseball player. It was natural the I coach my son's team when he begged me to play. I was looking forward to the end of the season (tomorrow), but along the way a funny thing happened...my son became good enough to be an All-Star (Pinto7...Pony League 7 year old division) and the league asked me to be the All-Star Manager. Well, as some of you also know, i am a very community minded fellow so I had no choice but to accept. Not a big deal on a SW forum, but a big deal for these 14 little guys and something that they will always remember.

What does this mean? It means that my saber production rate will be "slowed" for the next few months. I will still be working on them, but baseball will take 25-30 hours of my week so that only leaves about 10 for sabers. I am currently working on the next MKVI Auction saber and will continue ot work through my current build log but may not open it up until the All-Star season ends.

Thanks for everyone's understanding.

Some minor updates. It is slow sledding right now. My Son is in All-Stars for the next 6 weeks, so don't expect much (yeah, I am managing the tream). I will indeed have a MKVI ready for Auction within a week however ;)

First MKVI Auction begins NOW.

The first MKVI Auction will begin NOW and run through Saturday night at 11:59 PM PST. I will accept bids until the deadline has past AND there has been 5 minutes between bids. What does that mean? It means that sniping is minimized. If someone bids at 11:59:59 and nobody else bids after that, then he/she wins. If someone bids at 12:01:34, the nthat is the winning bid, unless someone bids before 12:06:34 AM. If this is not clear, please post a blog response and I will clarify.

All Bids will be posted in this blog. I normally run auctions at Fx-Sabers, but some folks have requested to not have to register there to be able to bid. So, I will post a link to the auction at Fx and the actual Auction will occur here...in the very next post!

This saber is a V2. One of only two MKVI V2's that I have made. The Weathering was done by JudgeSabersmith. All electronics work is by me and this saber will fall under my warranty. It has a Petit Crouton v2.0 and is the first MKVI to have one. I will post full details in the auction. This is the first of 4-5 Auctions over the next few months. If it goes well (logistically) then all auctions will take place in this blog. If there are issues, then all subsequent auctions will take place at Fx. I also reserve the right to move the auction to Fx any time within the first 24 hours if I deem it necessary.

The Starting bid will be $965 + shipping (blade included, charger available if needed for $28

Build log openings & MKVI news.

Okay...I have modified the build log. You can see what spots are open..because they asy "Open", lol. I will take requests on a first come basis...for those projects that I am feelin', starting at 8 PM PST 4-13-12.

Ooops..forgot to add Stuart S.'s 2 empty sabers. Those will take the last 2 "simple" spots. They are carry over, sorry. I will mod that as soon as I post this.

How do you contact me? webform from this site, email, or PM on Fx. Any will work. If htere is a rush, I iwll go by time stamps.

FInally, there are 20-ish people who are asking about MKVI's. I have decided that I will be building and Auctioning the final 4 MKVI's at Fx or in my Blog over the next few months. One will be a V2 and the other s will be Hero versions. They will have PCv2.0 or CFv5.10. There will be no options. If you want them bid. If not, don't bid. This is the fairest way that I can think of to give everyone an equal chance at them.

I just knocked this saber out for my personal collection. That is the beauty of the build log system that I now have in place, I get to build 2-3 personal projects per quarter and that keeps my creativity flowing. I t has a CFv5.10 and is a replica of the ""Sithstalker" saber from the Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition Video game.

Okay, I am going to spill the beans on "when" I will open some slots. I will be opening (2) CF and (3) PC spots. Because of the Easter Holiday tomorrow I will be gone all day. Therefore, I will not open the spots until AT LEAST Monday.

Also, one of my Doctors is ill and may be out this week. If this happens, I will be stuck in the hospital all week and could push the opening of hte spots until next weekend to keep myself from having too much to deal with this week. So, if I do not open the spots on Monday, it will not be until next weekend.

Now...get some sleep DJ ;)

This is an ORIGINAL Overlord. It has a PCv1.6 with FoC and you can swap the LED connectors to choose between a Green blade or a Purple blade! Very cool saber. Priced to move.

The new Starlight trooper that I just finished has been listed for sale in my "sabers for Sale" section. My custom commissioned CF sabers start at about $1000. I have chosen ot list this one for less than that, since it is a slip fit saber instead of a screw together saber. Email or message me if you want it.
